Our Pharmacists

Mike Minesinger, RPh, JD received his Pharmacy degree from the University of Illinois-Chicago and his law degree from the University of Illinois-Champaign. Mike has served 4 years as President of the Central Illinois Pharmacists Association and also served 10 years on the Board of Directors for Illinois Pharmacists, most recently as chairman of the board. While in school, Mike was awarded the Van Schaack Prize in Chemistry and the Ralph Marshall Henninger Award for Pharmaceutical Compounding. Each year Mike completes more than 100 hours of Continuing Education. Mike has brought much knowledge in the area of Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement and put his compounding skills to use for many customers. During his spare time, Mike roots for the Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears and likes relaxing at home with his wife and daughter.

Gary Alwan, RPh, received his Pharmacy degree from Drake University. He was awarded Pharmacist of the Year by 3M Pharmaceuticals. Being a lifelong Peorian, Gary has enjoyed practicing in West Peoria, opening Alwan Pharmacy in 1986. It is evident to Gary's customers that his compassion and concern for their well being comes first. Outside of the pharmacy, you can find Gary cheering on the Bradley Braves basketball team and spending time with family.

Brent Doering, Pharm. D. graduated with honors from the University Of Illinois College Of Pharmacy. During his career at UIC, Brent was the primary consultant of an adhere project which evaluated the quality of life and continuum of care in over 2000 patients with heart failure. Brent is an active member of the American Pharmacy of Association and Kappa Psi. His high energy and compassion for medicine drive him to provide the best care for our customers. When he's not educating customers, Brent enjoys spending time with his wife and their 3 young boys.
